Innovations in telehealth services, which have seen a 75% increase in usage over the past few months.
The continued importance of masking and social distancing and ways to reduce your risk while you shop, dine and go about daily life.
·         Mental health warning signs to be aware of during this anxious time, and how to get help.

Accelerating Innovation

A local COVID-19 survivor believes her role in the clinical trial of a treatment drug for the virus may have saved her life. After testing positive for the coronavirus, she enrolled in a study of rheumatoid arthritis drug, Sarilumab, at AdventHealth Orlando. This study is among several drugs scientists are blind-studying at AdventHealth. AdventHealth physicians, along with leading medical institutions across the country, are administering Sarilumab as part of a clinical trial to determine its effectiveness against COVID-19.
